At Flaircart, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. We understand that sometimes, plans may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand the terms and conditions.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any charges. To cancel your order, please contact our support team at [email protected] or call us at 073143-45059.
• After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the progress of the project. This fee covers any work already completed and resources allocated.

Service-Specific Cancellation Policies

• Web Design and Development: If a project is canceled after the initial design phase, a cancellation fee equivalent to the hours worked will be charged. If the project is in the development phase, additional charges may apply based on the work completed.
• Graphics Design: For cancellations after the initial concepts are delivered, a fee will be charged based on the work completed up to that point.
• Digital Marketing: Monthly marketing services can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. Any ongoing campaigns will continue to run until the end of the notice period.

Refunds

• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 10-15 business days after the cancellation is confirmed and any applicable fees are deducted.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Cancellable Services

Certain services and products may not be eligible for cancellation once they have been delivered or initiated. These include:

• Completed graphic design projects
• Finalized web development projects
• Digital marketing campaigns that have already started
• Domain, Hosting & others 3rd party software/services availed through us
